Place the original items in secure packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
